Making silencers for your slow feeder rack!

Sometimes eating via a slow feeder rack makes some noise. You can muffle this by attaching several strips of garden hose in your trough in the way that Fenna also shows in the video above. For a muffler effect, it is easier to leave the hoses around and not cut them lengthwise. The mufflers also ensure that your frame is more centered in your trough, making it difficult for your horse to eat from the side.
